Traineeships
It’s important to get a good start to your career in law, and with this in mind our Trainee programme has been designed to enable you to get the most from a combination of on-the-job training, courses and seminars.
Contributing to the success of our business
We aim to attract high-calibre Trainees who will contribute to the success of our business and who have obtained, or are on track to obtain, at least a 2:1 Scots Law LLB (or an equivalent Honours Degree in other subjects, combined with a degree in Scots Law).
Supporting your growth and development
We also specifically take into consideration your personal characteristics and are looking for excellent communication skills, sound planning and organisational skills as well as the ability to work as part of a team.
The deadline for applications for a 2023 traineeship was 9 July 2021 and we are unable to accept any further applications.
Details of our application process and closing date for a traineeship commencing in 2024 will be available early in 2022.
