Our People Denise Loney

Denise is a solicitor with over 30 years’ experience, specialising in providing legal services to lenders across property and litigation matters. Denise is also a senior tutor at the University of Glasgow, teaching on the postgraduate Diploma in Professional Legal Practice and a Board member of the Scottish Legal Complaints Commission.

Denise has also held voluntary roles with the Law Society of Scotland and currently serves on the committee responsible for administering and developing the scheme for accredited paralegals.
